  • To process and manage your booking request.
  • To contact you about availability, payment and your stay.
  • To keep a record that you agreed to our policies.
  • To meet our legal and safety obligations.

3. How we protect it

  • Your information is stored securely and can only be viewed by authorised KMK Luxury Villa staff.
  • Website visitors cannot see other guests’ details.
  • We do not store full card details on our website. Payments are handled by a secure payment provider.
  • Identification details, where legally required, are never sent in ordinary emails or WhatsApp messages.

4. How long we keep it

We keep booking and policy-acceptance records for as long as needed for our business, accounting and legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

5. Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, subject to our legal obligations. Contact us to make a request.
